BEAUTY AND EXAM BEAST-TIME MANAGEMENT

YA, i know, you all are confused to see the caption, and would have notified the 'beast' part =) Thats just a reference of 'coming semester' exams. This article is mainly for busy students who want to maintain their beauty along with their studies, and say also for those pretty ladies who are busy with their life style or schedule.
As a B tech student myself i know how busy are each semester works, unending records, tests, internal assessments etcetra.Good time management is essential to success for students at any level. Planning our time allows us to spread our work over a session, and avoid 'traffic jam' of work, and to cope with study stress. But we should find time to keep our beauty along with our studies. With good time management skills we will be able to strike balance between study and beauty.


MAKE A 'TO DO LIST' EVERY DAY

Put things that are most important at the top and do them first. Let the first ones be the things you have to do with better concentration. For later things you can mix this with a beauty care, eg: 'a face pack along with a samll revision'. If its easier , use a planner to track all your tasks. And to forget to reward yourself for your accomplishments, say like i reward my self for a high marks in class test by carrying myself to full body spa.


USE SPARE MINUTES WISELY:

When ever you have free time in your hands, use it to your advantage, as an example, get some reading done along with your home pedicure or get things in mind you had learnt while doing a massage on your face.


FIND THE RIGHT TIME

Do your beauty care at right times, allocate certain times to study certain subjects. you will work more efficiently if you figure out when you do your best work. To do a facial massage along with studying maths is note the right thing, instead you can have a nail print at that time.


REVIEW YOUR NOTES EVERYDAY

After each class, do a quick recap of the main topics discussed.Doing this you will reinforce what you've learned,so you need less time to study. You'll also be ready if your teacher calls on you for answers or gives a pop quiz.


TAKE FOOD -GOOD

 Take nutritious food, to maintain your health and good looks. Like say take almonds daily which will improve your skin clarity and is good for a complete diet. Have fresh Fruit juices or shakes which is good for your body in all ways, spares time of eating, and can have a diet too.


GET GOOD NIGHT SLEEP

Running on empty makes the day seem more difficult. Sleep deprivation only works against you. Consider these tips, Personalize your habits so that they suit you. IF you set priorities that fit your lifestyle, you will have a better chance to achieve a goal.






Have a good semester......With all those projects and assignments submitted on time, and good marks for exams.
