HEALTHY HAIR ROUTINE


The first and foremost thing that you should do is never let your hair be dry. Always apply any moisturizers or conditioners to hair.

Keep it hydrated, drink plenty of water.

This is a crazy tip but it really works for me. Shampooing and conditioning does not keep my hair from frizz, and am afraid to try anti frizz serum. As the number of chemicals applying in hair increases damage is more.

After shampooing and conditioning even when the hair is wet I apply hair. This is not for straight non frizz heads, this is for struggling curly hair with frizz. Okay if you have a curl hair, give me a high five.


Try to avoid brushing your hair, comb it is essential. That too with wide teethed comb.

Always tie up your hair before going to sleep. This will help to keep your hair long. And comb your hair, this is type of massaging effect on your head.

Apply oil before shampooing. And comb your hair. This will increase blood circulation and helps to remove dirt easily.


Try using shampoo and conditioner according to the type of your hair.

Wash your hair daily or within two days. According to the climate at your place. Sweat, dust or other foreign particles will make your hair flakes be dull.

Always try to avoid styling to your hair, keep your hair as it is. Just make it controllable with comb or brush.

Apply any hair mask once a week and do the hot oil treatment too. This will prevent hair falling.
